JOB OPPORTUNITY: Assistant to SVP, Marketing (Global Brand Strategy) at Walt Disney Studios
Admin experience is ideal but not required.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendar for executives, including scheduling and confirming meetings both internally and externally.
Manage phones, roll calls, and update phone sheet.
Manage and process billing and invoices for the department.
Prepare and submit expense reports.
Attend some staff and marketing/publicity meetings, document agenda items, and take notes.
Assist with general office tasks, including ordering and maintaining office supplies and food stocks for department.
Develop and maintain a thorough familiarity with all projects occurring within the department.
Liaise with executives, talent, and other assistants, both internally and externally.
Support departmental projects as needed, including, but not limited to, maintaining organizational documents and databases, and preparing presentations for company leadership.
Coordinate domestic and international travel and logistics for both executive and talent.
Represent the department in a professional manner.
