Borders | No Borders is a regional short film festival that focuses on stories that are geographically based or adjacent to, but not limited, to Texas. We proudly feature filmmakers from Texas, Mexico, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, and Arkansas. The festival showcases both documentary and narrative short films ranging in both subject matter and theme. The competition is a great opportunity for rising voices in cinema to present their work to fellow filmmakers and audiences alike.
