Description: We are looking for a tech savvy, creative, and professional camera operator and video editor for our award-winning international online brand. Company Mission: We specialize in Online Marketing, Social Media Management, Video Production, and delivery of Online Content and Coaching services. We also run a number of live in-person events associated with our brands.
Job Responsibilities: Video editing and rendering on iMac computers with Final Cut Pro software. The operation of a studio camera, teleprompter, and various video equipment. Assist directors, and camera crew on daily production. Set styling and propping as needed. YouTube Marketing, SEO, subtitling, tagging, etc. Other production tasks and duties as assigned. Requirements/Qualifications: Experience with digital technology and editing software packages (Final Cut Pro preferred but not required, Premiere, etc.) Experience with shooting videos (with professional cameras preferred, but not required) Proactive work ethic, ability to troubleshoot problems before they become problems Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, with the ability to multitask Understanding of Google Drive cloud storage, subfolders, sharing permissions, etc.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Excellent verbal and written communications, is upbeat, positive, and able to fulfill deliverables on-time to deadlines
Creative ingenuity and ability to come up with inspiring ideas to implement
A demonstrable work background in video production
Experience with publishing video content to various social media platforms, and general understanding of digital marketing (preferred but not required)
Adaptable to workflow changes on the fly
Outside projects, as along as they do not interfere interfere with this role's day-to-day tasks and availability.
Role Breakdown:
60% Video Editing 20% Camera Operation / Film Shoots 20% Daily Tasks / Video Production Management Remote / In-Person Breakdown: 20-30% In-Person in Bastrop, TX and Paige, TX. Occasionally but rarely elsewhere. 70-80% Remote.
