I am interested in creating a podcast for a capstone project in my Advanced Food Science Course. In this course, students groups engineer novel food products and create short videos that detail the development of their product as part of a growing library of open educational resource for food science and food safety. I am excited by the potential of the class working together and with other departments to create a podcast to provide food science and cooking information in a different format.
In short, I am looking for potential collaborators.
