Fall 2021 Student Communications Position
The School of Architecture is seeking to hire a student to support the school’s communications efforts during the Fall 2021 semester, with the possibility of continuing into the spring. Working with the communications coordinator, this position will support various communication initiatives for the School of Architecture.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in social media content creation and reporting
Brainstorm and develop content for the School of Architecture’s platforms (website, newsletter, etc.)
Help expand and maintain the school’s media list
Photograph events and happenings for social media
Graphic design support, as needed
Other duties as assigned
Desired Experience and Skills:
Strong research, writing and editing abilities
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Eye for photography and visual composition
Preferred: Previous graphic design experience
Terms of Employment:
Open to undergraduate and graduate students
Compensation: $12-$15 / hour
Preferred Start Date: September 1
Fall 2021 with the possibility of continuing
Part-time position (6-10 hours a week with possibility to increase)
