CASTING CALL FOR A SCENE FROM AMERICAN BEAUTY
I’m a film student at UT and am looking for two actors wanting to gain experience working with aspiring film directors and an official script. This four-page scene will be performed in front of a live audience of no more than 20 individuals on OCTOBER 12. Actors must be willing to commit to two rehearsals, dates will be discussed once cast, and live performance on Oct 12, 2021 from 2pm till 5pm. This is an unpaid experience but if cast to film the scene later in the semester, you’ll get a copy of the final short film to put down on your portfolio/resume.
Roles: 1 female - any ethnicity
1 male - any ethnicity
Both characters are early 20’s.
Auditions will be held THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 09 @ 2PM - 4:30PM IN CMB 4.118. Please wear face masks. Auditions will be on a first come first serve basis. However, if you’re in a time crunch and would like to schedule an appointment instead, text me and we’ll work something out. ZOOM AUDITIONS are also allowed. TEXT ME for more info on that.
