Applications are currently being accepted for a Video Production Contractor to begin working with TAMI in July.
The video production contractor will oversee the production of TAMI’s live streaming show Archive Dive and create additional edited video content for the organization as needed. Producing Archive Dive includes engaging participants, planning logistics, and directing the live program using OBS. After the live program is completed, the contractor will edit clips related to the conversation to present via TAMI’s website and social media and will be responsible for describing and posting those clips in collaboration with the communications contractor. The video production contractor will also produce and edit promo videos for TAMI exhibits and events as well as videos for educators in collaboration with TAMI’s education fellow.
Contract: $24-30 per hour, 7 hours a week, 6 months (24 weeks); year renewal potentially available dependent on funding and performance.
Schedule: Flexible
Location: Currently mix of at-home and office due to COVID Risk-based guidelines, but will primarily work from the office at 3908 Avenue B, Ste. 105, Austin, TX 78751.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or relevant field
2 years of experience in a similar role
Collaborative, proactive team player
Detail-oriented and deadline-conscious
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere
