Planet Texas 2050, UT’s climate change and population growth research grand challenge, has launched six flagship projects that will run through the life of the grand challenge and set the foundation for the interdisciplinary goals the team hopes to accomplish.
The Planet Texas 2050 team will be hosting its annual research symposium this spring, and as part of that, they would like to commission six short videos (up to three minutes each) that convey the heart and soul of each project.
This is a paid opportunity and is also open to students (they are especially encouraged to apply, in fact). More details can be found here or in the attached PDF. It’s a quick-turn application deadline, however: January 28th. (Films must be finished in late March.)
